Well, everyone has good and bad habits. Some people are known for their good and bad habits. Here, I would like to talk about a habit of my friend Karman Singh which I like to develop in my daily life. My friend is working in the Indian Navy force as Lance Naik, and he has a habit of eating homemade healthy food. With the help of this habit, his body is very healthy and fit. Last night, I met him at his house in Fzr city where I noticed his body is very fit because I met him about five months later. Previously, he looked very fatty, but now he looks very fit. I asked him how it’s possible he asked that it is possible because of his good habit of eating healthy homemade food with the help of getting advice from a dietician. I also want to develop this habit to shed off my weight to look young and fit. So, I met a local dietician to get advice to eat healthy homemade food to protect myself from diseases.
