Firstly, I think that visiting a museum is a boring thing and just a waste of time. But it changed my opinion. I felt really good and informed after visiting one of sal largest museums in my country called a national museum. The national museum is a multi-disciplinary museum with a rare collection of several disciplines such as history, archaeology, arts and natural history. After entering the museum, I could see the first ten galleries dedicated to natural Heritage, having displayed collections like flora and fauna like cereals, pulses, various insects and birds, herbal medicinal plants sea life of our country. The gallery also contains bird mammals in their natural habitat along with the large skeleton of giant whale fish and different types of beehive butterflies and reptiles, among other things. The museum also displays the history and classical sections, such as ancient and mediaeval coins. Miniature paintings are also some of the collections that are displayed in this museum in order to remind us of our glorious artwork. I enjoyed it a lot and learned about the museum. It encourages me to dig even deeper into some other aspects of our history and achievements that are largely ignored. Finally, visiting the museum made me realise that we should always appreciate and reminder our history.
