In recent times, several individuals consume fast food items that are not beneficial for their health, and they also fail to practice physical activities in their daily routine. The reason behind this is globalization and the taste of outside food. Government can inspire people to maintain good health.

To commence with, a sedentary lifestyle is the primary cause of an unhealthy diet. To elaborate it, in this globalization world people strive hard to earn money, due to which they fall short time for cooking healthy food. For instance, these days, many platforms order packaged foodstuffs such as Zomato, Swiggy, and so on rather than consuming rudimentary home-cooked meals.

Furthermore, a large number of people eating junk food because of its incredible taste. To be more precise, due to globalization, there are a variety of cuisine and eat often and do not exercise regularly and become obese. To exemplify, as the statistics report, 70% – 80% of people prefer fast food over green leafy vegetables.

On the other hand, the world can be encouraged to remain fit by creating awareness through different platforms. In other words, civilians are shopping for sugar-free dietaries, but this is not the only way to become fit. Government can also contribute by constructing parks with inbuilt basic gym amenities that people can do work out regularly.

In conclusion, the consumption of unhealthy food can prove to be detrimental to health. Thus, encouraging citizens through advertisements and providing facilities for exercising regularly can help to combat this situation.
