Some People believe that educational success depends on good teachers. There is no doubt that education builds the future of any nation. One segment of society think that the success of any student depends on his/her teacher, however, others believe that the behavior and attitude play a vital role to achieve success in the educational field. In my perspective/according to my viewpoint, Both are important to get success and I will Elaborate it in following paragraphs.
Going with the first thought of school, a good tutor always guides the students in an effective way. So that know about their mistakes and learn from them. it’s very well. In other words, mistakes help them to improve their weakness. Moreover, the mentor has a lot of teaching experience as well as knowledge which they share with their students. As a result of it, students learn a lesson quite easily. Example:-Mentors work as the main foundation in learner’s future. They tell them the right direction furthermore students become a good citizen under their guidelines. Thus, the significance of superior teacher is crystal clear.
On the other side, Some people believe that students ability and their efforts are more important than a good teacher. For instance, If a tutor puts his/her all effort on that learner who is not serious in their studies then all the efforts goes waste. Apart from that, hard work, as well as the creativity of learning, also matter learn to something. As people said, “Hard work is the key to success.” so if any learner wants to achieve success then they have to work hard for it.
To put it in nutshell, I pen down by saying that a good mentor and attitude of learner both play important role in educational success. Without a proper guidance or a guided student cannot gain success. All in all hard work of learner and tutor makes the success achievable.
