Recent Research Suggests that The Majority of Criminals Who Are Sent to Prison Commit Crimes

Recent research suggests that the majority of criminals who are sent to prison commit crimes after they are released. Why is this the case? What can be done to solve this problem?


In this modernised world, a greater number of people feel that committing crimes after coming out of jail has become trending content for vigorous debate. It is the harsh reality that criminal records after punishment have increased. There is ample reason for such a situation and also have some solution. This essay intends to examine both the facet problems and solutions in the following paragraphs.

On the one hand, there are several causes of this cause of concern. The first and foremost is that a person convicted to jail has to face lots of allegations, and society does not accept it. So, they are forced to take a drastic step which leads them to crime. Furthermore, job opportunities decrease and to manage such a lifestyle, he/ she start robbery and so on. Hence it is apparently proved that it is a threat to society. But its solution cannot be ignored.

On the other hand, there are multifarious solutions. Although it is not easy, a joint effort by the government and the citizens lessen the gravity of this situation. Government should reserve some jobs so that they should be free to do the job wherever they want. Moreover, at the individual level, we should not abuse or allegations the person as they have already faced punishment.

In conclusion, I believe that the solution is difficult to follow but, I think it should be followed though it would be a person or a criminal.
