Answer – Actually, I am an early bird to bed, my day almost starts at 5:30 am, so long hours work, after that cooking cleaning and taking care of children, so these are the reasons. They are tired at night, and I fall asleep fast.

Answer –I reckon older people sleep a lot there is 2 reason one is that they don’t have much busy in social media, another reason is in past 2 decades before they don’t have any nightlife so they early to bed.

Answer –There is no punctual in the sleeping time, approximately 10 “30 or 11 at night, but I fall asleep as soon as.
