Some people say that individuals should change jobs during their working life often, while others believe that doing the same job has advantages for individuals, companies, and society. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Switching jobs while working for a company has always been a concern. Although some believe that changing jobs is good, some oppose the view and think staying at a job has more merits. I am going to scrutinize both aspects in a further paragraph before forming an opinion at last.
To begin with, there are many reasons for supporting the view of advantage while continuing the occupation. Firstly, change in the profession can be risky. To elaborate, pursuing the job has benefits in many aspects, and the idea of change may encounter bad company or in place which one does not use it. Moreover, changing jobs frequently can become an obstruction to learning. In other words, switching jobs from one company to another cannot let anyone gain experience or learn anything, and it can also spoil job profiles.
On the other hand, opponents think it is a good practice and helpful. Firstly, it will create change in life, wage and learning. To explain, whenever someone changes jobs, they usually get a salary hike, and the new corporation teaches new things and provides new facilities. Secondly, a change in job can create new relations, contacts and friends. Moving to a new profession can expose you to the majority of the staff members working for the various companies by which friendship and companionship become easy.
To conclude, I personally believe that switching the work can be risky, but it also promotes benefits worth taking risks. So, changing jobs is necessary for becoming successful in life.
