Talk about a special date in your country’s history

Well, I have been living in India where there are many special dates in India’s history such as construction day on 26th January and so on. But here I would like to talk about a very special date which is 15th August. On this date, the Independence day is celebrated in India every year with great enthusiasm by Indian citizens. On 15th August India got freedom from foreigners to get independence of India, Indian Patriots, as well as freedom fighters, put their contribution in a war with encouragement. Furthermore, on 15th August every year, Prime Minister of Indian National Flag on Red Fort as well as remembers all the freedom fighters for their sacrifices in freedom war. A lot of freedom fighter had sacrificed their lives to get freedom of India such as Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Lala Lajpat Rai, Udham Singh, Kartar Singh Sarabha and so on. All in all, it is a historical date in India’s history and all citizen respects it.
