The given figure depicts the process of manufacturing paper and pulp from logs that are obtained from trees. Overall, there are approximately four different stages to turn the pulp into the raw paper box or refined paper for printing.
In order to make the clean pulp from raw logs which are taken from the trees. The logs have to be chopped into small pieces. These chips are fed in a huge digester. This digester turns the chips into pulp which is then washed into a big container, and finally, a pulp screen is obtained.
This pulp will be treated initially with formers and dryers and rolled evenly. With the help of a cutter, they are cut and turned into paper bales, which are usually used to make rough paper boxes. For the making of refined paper, the raw pulp is introduced into sharp cleaners, and after drying, the material is pressed in the rollers to add uniformity. Once dried, it’s rolled and stored, which are now ready to use as paper for printing.
