The map illustrates the plan for New Town. It can be seen that most of the land for the new town is used for housing. A circular road has been constructed, and most recreational sites are built inside. Only two sites have been developed outside it. The first being at North and the second to the south. Industrial sites are outside the ring road at its north and south corners.

Moving on, There are five roads outside the ring road. Two of them are in the North direction, one on the west and east side of it. There is a city centre inside the freeway. In the centre, there are two bus stations, one on the left side and the other is at the right side. Both of them are connected by a road network. One road is constructed on the North side of the road, and the other is linked to the south road.

Overall, the town is well connected by road networks. Industrial sites are allowed outside the freeway. Proper bus facilities and parking lots are available for the general public.
