Dear Mr Smith,
I am writing this letter to request you to look after my place as I am going on a week-long vacation along with my friends. I hope you will be considerate and help in the best possible way.
Let me provide you with a few details. I have been working meticulously for the last six months due to deliverables related to the work. Besides this, because of the Covid-19 pandemic, I could not meet any of my friends or relatives in the last year. Since the situation is looking good now, I and my schoolmates planned a trip to Brampton and we also got a whopping discount on the group booking. It would be great if you could please take care of my house when I will be taking few breaths of relaxation on my trip. In fact, you can use my study room as well as you are preparing for the final exams.
Though I pray and hope that no emergencies or natural calamities occur, in case of any such situation, you can, without hesitation, call my brother who stays in the next street. I will text you his number before leaving.
