Dear sir,
I am writing this letter to request a change of room. Presently, I share my room with another student who pursues hotel management course. As both of our time schedules completely differ, we find hard to cope up with the studies and regular routine. Let me elaborate the practical difficulties which we face regularly.
My roommate undergoes overnight training in a nearby hotel as a part of his curriculum. I usually finish my regular classes to return to a room around 3 pm, while he normally sleeps and takes rest. He complaint’s me of the noise I make when I try to do my assignments claiming it disturbs his sleep. Due to this, I wait for a study room to open at 7 PM to start my assignments.
If at all you can change my room to share with one of my classmates, It might be beneficial as there might not be clashes with the achievements as I can clarify my subject doubts with the roommates.
Please do the needful to alleviate the discomfort which I experience every day by altering my current accommodation
