Dear James,
I have rented house number 25, New Street, Hamilton. I have been living here since last one month. I am writing this letter to show my dissatisfaction regarding some problems. It was decided at the time of agreement that leakages in the kitchen will be repaired before I move to the apartment. I also confirmed with you before a day while moving in our telephonic conversion for the same, during which you ensured me that you have repaired all the droppings. In addition to this, I have come across the same issue at the other part of the house. The living room has to drop from the ceiling during rain showers.
Due to these issues, my partner and me have to clean up the floor every now and then. This is not possible due to hectic work life. In a living room, I had to change the carpet twice. It was remaining wet for long when we were at work causing damage in the thread work. Once it happened, when we were on a short trip, at that time kitchen basin leak over flooded the whole room, try to resolve this matter on urgent basis.
