First of all, I would like to congratulate you on behalf of an entire society for organizing charity events which are helping thousands of people. I am writing this letter because I am fascinated to volunteer for an upcoming fundraiser event next month. I hope you will be considerate about the same.

Let me explain to you in more detail. Actually, I came to know about it through a newspaper advertisement. I was very excited to see that a yoga event is being organized this time because I am a certified yoga trainer. Therefore, I would love to be a volunteer in such a thoughtful event, and it will enable me to contribute my part to the community. Moreover, I have been helping several schools arrange events like this in my local area, which makes me an eligible candidate.

Apart from my yoga skills, I am an excellent driver and would prefer to take responsibility for all the logistics required for the event. I trust the foundation would definitely allow me to serve.
