Dear Aarav,
I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and the best of spirits. I am writing this letter regards to, update the status of the preparations which I made for you for your arrival. I believe your flight will be on time and reach tomorrow, that is 19-06-2021 evening 6.30 pm. As you know, here in the Sultanate of Muscat, underneath 1.30 hours compare with Indian standard time. Our company official will pick you from the airport, and you can move with him to the hotel Radisson Blu, where I booked suit for your lodging.
Day after tomorrow that is 20-06-2021, morning 10.00 am I will come and pick you from the hotel, and we can move to our head office for our client meeting. It is almost half an hour drive from the hotel, and please be ready on time. Besides, you must finish your breakfast as it includes in the package.
You can stay in the hotel waiting for the lounge before 10.00 am. However, the waiting area had enormous facilities and easily acceptable to everyone. They will provide unlimited wifi and daily newspapers and magazines for reading. If you have more time, please prepare for the meeting with updated documents.
I believe the meeting will take four to five hours maximum, and it is an opportunity to spend time with great officials. Apart from this, the very next day after the meeting that is 21.06.2021, is an official holiday, and your return flight also confirmed someday night. Before your return travel, we can visit some eminent places in Muscat and explore them. Afternoon, I booked an hour for boating and dolphin watch. I hope that will be an amazing experience for you.
