Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter with regards to the recent purchase of an item in your store. I am exceedingly disappointed after having trails of those clothes at my house.
Let me explain in detail. I have bought almost 7 items of clothing in your shop yesterday evening around 6:00 PM. Although due to the pandemic situations, we are restricted to have a trail of clothes. However, we have to buy directly without any trials.
Moreover, there is damage to the pair of trousers and shirts which I purchased. Besides that, I bought my size, which can easily fit me, but one of the shirts does not fit me. Apparently, one of the night suits was torn.
I request you to replace the damaged piece of cloth and provide me with the better one if possible as these are the items I have to courier to London within a week to my sister-in-law. So, Kindly resolve this issue as earliest as your convenience.
