Present a written argument or case to an educated reader with no specialist knowledge of the following topic. “Prevention is better than cure.” Out of a country’s health budget, a large proportion should be diverted from treatment to spending on health education and preventative measures. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

The world has been certainly suffering from many challenges, and this will lead to health problems. From nations health expenditure wide part should be shifted from treatment to spending on health education and controlling steps should be taken before. From my perspective, I agree that one should take preventive measures for health.

To commence with, there should be some campaigns related to awareness of health benefits by doing physical exercises, such as yoga, stretching exercises and aerobics. These kinds of exercises improve our mental and physical health and protect us from different kinds of diseases. Moreover, people should always drink clear drinking water and Consume at least two to three litres of water daily.

In addition, one should always have healthy food instead of oily and unhealthy food. To instantiate, one should include gluten-free flours, salads and soups in their daily diet. Furthermore, meditation is also a very good routine to improve their mental body.

In the epilogue, the country should spend a larger amount on these awareness campaigns and television channels so that these preventive measures will help to control certain diseases.
