Some psychologists think that the best way to overcome the stress Stress can be a challenging issue for many individuals as they find it difficult to overcome it. Hence, some psychologists suggest that spending some idle time in a day could be an effective way to address it. However, I partly agree with this approach as I believe this could depend on individuals and their ways to tackle it. Some psychologists think that the best way to overcome the stress
On the one hand, there are advantages of spending some part of a day doing nothing during a stressful period as it allows analyzing the situation and helps to identify the solution. This is because it is scientifically proven that people can find better solutions to a problem whenever they think with a peaceful mind, and spending idle time in a hectic and stressful day could lead to relaxing mind. As a result, one can address the problem and tend to relax faster than others when they take out some free time in a day. Some psychologists think that the best way to overcome the stress
Addition to this, one can become more focused on upcoming tasks and manage them in a more effective way. In other words, this could not be possible if one cannot take time out to overcome stress which is faced on daily basis. As a result, the productivity of an individual is declined in a long run, and this could lead to a further stressful life. Some psychologists think that the best way to overcome the stress
On the other side, there is a school of thought which believes that instead of taking an idle time in a day, one can take an advice of professional experts or the closed ones to overcome the issues which cause stress. They argue that one cannot conquer stress by taking time off in a day because they keep thinking about the problem which has created stress. Hence, by connecting and discussing the issue with others, there are more efficiently and effectively. In contrast, if someone tries to address it by taking a break in a day, then one could not only lose their productive time but also the probability is on the lower side to overcome by their own. Thus, taking help of others is a more effective way to address stress.
In conclusion, while there are advantages to both the approaches for addressing the issue. I believe it relies on the individuals to select the best approach which could help them to overcome the stress in their life.
