I want to talk about a working place that I know. That working place is a logistic company that helps to transport people’s items from one country to another. I got to know this place from a friend. She introduced the workplace to me when I was in need of a job, and I applied to the place. I was employed, and I started working there as a secretary.

In this company, different people go there to send their goods or items from one country to another. they may also send they are home alone, for example, someone is parking for one country to another place such people will have their loads moved from that country to the new country of residence. I love working in this place because it connects me with different countries. I have the opportunity of talking with people from other countries. I also have the opportunity of having a relationship with people and also engaging myself in a different culture.

Well, it depends if you are someone that salary does not really matter to you, like a passion you have for a particular job you may tend to be satisfied with the job that has low income but if you are the type that is working to earn a living and establish your whole family or establish yourself a low salary might not be OK. So if I may say. it may be OK, and it may not be OK to do a low salary job depending on an individual

Yes, there are many big companies in my country. My country is one of the industrialized nations, so there are so many companies that manufacture a variety of things.

One of the ways that can make a small company grow big is first to improve the standard of their products. A standardized product at a reasonable price will attract customers, and such a great influx of customers will improve the number of sales that such a company and eventually increasing the company.

Question 7:- Should big companies be punished more seriously if they break the law?

Since there are laws that guide the establishment and operations of companies, if such companies break the rules without a genuine reason, such companies should be punished because when they are punished, that will restrict them from breaking more laws in the following years.

Differences in small and big companies are the number of Staff such a company is able to employ and cater for. Also, the level of production for bigger companies cannot be compared with the level of production in smaller companies, and the sales or the consumer number in big companies is higher than that of small companies. I can also add the level of profits and tax being paid by big companies are higher than those of the small companies.
