Without capital punishment (the death penalty), our lives are less secure, and crimes of violence increase. Capital punishment is essential to control violence in society. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?
Giving punishment to offenders always teaches them how to stay in society. I completely agree with the statement that without giving any kind of punishment to criminals, our life becomes totally insecure and these crimes will be increasing day by day which makes difficult to live in the society. I discuss my points in subsequent paragraphs.
To embark upon, there are several reasons behind it why punishment is important. First of all, it is worth considering that, with the help of punishments, offenders can learn better how to behave with persons. If they don’t give the punishment, then criminals will again do the same things. So they should be punished by the government. Otherwise, life becomes insecure. Secondly, if the crime rate increases day by day, It will be difficult for society to live. For instance- Many girls and even raped by offenders in Delhi, Mumbai, and Noida. Girls lose their life due to these criminals. In these cases, the government should take these steps to give death punishment to criminals. Then these kinds of people learn how to live in society, and afterward, they will not be able to create any violence.
Illustrating further, punishment is indispensable to control the violence in society. Apart from it, criminals will not be punished by the government only it is the duty of everyone who lives in the country. With the help of penalities, the crime rate will be decreased. In addition to it, Mostly girls will live safely without getting panicked. On top of that, some of the women resign from the nation due to these criminals. For example- Many researchers reported that 70 percent of the mortality rate is increasing in India due to such rape and murder cases. On the other hand, in countries like Canada, Australia, etcetera Death rate is comparatively low, and even foreign countries are more secure. Their government has given the freedom to everyone if anything happened like this report immediately. Their government keeps an eye on everyone. At last, I will say that Culprits should always be punished.
To conclude, Capital punishment is necessary to maintain society. Government should make stringent rules and regulations against culprits and must pass certain laws to decrease the violation of crime in society as well as the nation.
