You have lost something on a bus and called customer service to get help. You weren’t happy with their response. Write a letter to the bus company manager. In your letter, you should:
- Describe the item you lost
- Explain why you weren’t happy with the customer service
- Say what action you would like the company to take.
Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I’m writing this letter to you to express my disappointment with your customer service.
I lost my mobile phone while travelling on your bus. It was the latest model iPhone 13 pro, which was gifted to me by my father on my birthday last week. Besides, it is very expensive, and I can’t afford to buy the same again.
I contacted the customer service department to share the same incident that happened with me, but to my wonder, it turned out to be very unhelpful. Moreover, they were least concerned about my issue and were busy with their own personal works rather than assisting valued customers.
I would kindly request you to investigate this matter and fire the employees who are not worthy to the company as this ruins your company’s reputation.
I look forward to your positive reply and the action you decided to take.
Yours Faithfully
John Smith
