Many times we need to change our plans due to changing weather condition’s. I’d like to talk about a time when l had to change my plan due to extreme weather. It happened some months ago. I was stuck at work and performing my tasks. Suddenly, we noticed strong winds and storms started, and the snow began.
All transport activities were disrupted due to this harsh weather. Power was also cut off in dome homes. It was so intense and terrific. I waited long hours for a taxi to take me to my destination but my efforts in getting one proved abortive due to the fact that all are fully booked.
Many people walked long distances to get to their destinations. I spoke to my manager to allow me to pass the night at my workplace, which he consented to. However, most of my co-workers passed the night at work. It was an unplanned event.
