Today I would like to talk about one such job, which is H R payroll professional. After completing my master’s in HR management, I tried to attend several interviews in leading organizations.
But, they are unwilling to accommodate me for the desired position of Payroll professional because of inexperience. Before my course completion, I strongly desired to engage in a particular position as I heard this job profile is pretty challenging and enjoyable. Presently I am working as an H r executive, and my next focus will be to reach my desired position.
Within two years, I may be duly promoted, and I catch up with my dream job. Of course, this is a monotonous job for some professionals, and meantime it had high market values. In the middle east and Europe, the package for the same profession is huge and highly demanding.

Answer – Money paid a major role in choosing a job in the current scenario. For me, apart from the money, I demand job satisfaction. People can earn money in numerous ways like jobs, gambling, and robbery, but they did not get job satisfaction in the above-mentioned ways.
Question 2. What are the challenges employees are facing with work from the home trend?
Answer – In a pandemic, situation employees are forcefully to stay at home for work. They face certain challenges between their work unexpectedly. First and foremost is Wifi and technical issues. Secondly, they lose their privacy and other challenges like an interruption of family members between meetings and so on.
Question 3. Is working from home more beneficial than working from the office?
Answer – In my opinion, it is not beneficial to compare with working from the office. Some of the employees do not have proper connectivity to do jobs, and there is a chance for the burden of additional workload. On the other side, employers had certain befits like, pay less rent for office rooms, electricity, and water.
Question 4. In what way it is beneficial?
Answer – Employees get a chance to spend more time with family members, and there is no outside involvement in their job routines, which will help them achieve their targets.
Question 5. what are the disadvantages of working from home?
Answer – Firstly, as a reputed organizational employee, he must be connected or online 24/7. Secondly, Some of them may not get a chance to connect all the time. Due to low bandwidth, they cannot transfer their data with immediate effect. Lastly, employees need personal space for work in their homes. These are the leading disadvantages.
