Nowadays, the overweighted human beings are increasing rapidly whereas their physical fitness is declining. According to my point of view, there are several reasons behind it such as busy schedule, eating preserved food, no physical workouts and so on. I will elaborate on these causes in the following paragraphs.
the first and foremost reason is fast food. mostly mankind prefers to have junk food such as burger, pizza, pasta, noodles and so on. in these ready-made foods, the oil, salt, fat, and sugar are in a huge quantity which is become cause o health determination in humans. actually, in today`s world, people have no time to cook food with their own efforts and they would like to eat ready made eatables.
Secondly, the business competition has climbed up. due to this, the manpower has to work for long hours to accomplish their own objectives or an organization’s goods in which they work. they have hectic schedule and work by just sitting in one place. as a result of it, they have been work till late at night and do not get up early in the morning. so they don’t physical exercise and jogging as a result of it their average weight has been increasing day by day.
According to my viewpoint, there are enormous solutions to keep the weight on average. the first solution is daily exercise such as morning walk, physical workout, yoga, and other activities. moreover, the preserved food could be avoided. the seasonal fruits, vegetables, and salad can become the alternative to junk food. for instance, one person who takes a healthy diet avoid readily made eatables and routine physical exercise, he can obviously control his weight as well as remain healthy.
To conclude, it is irritable that everybody has a hectic schedule and they do not have much time to keep their bodies healthy as well as in average weight. but humankind should physical workouts and have good food as well because if people become physically fit, then they can work efficiently.
