Large Companies Should Pay Higher Salaries to CEOs

Large companies should pay higher salaries to CEOs and executives compared to other workers. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is often argued that it is more advantageous to pay higher wages to the higher administration. I completely agree with this opinion, as I think that the higher executives are qualified and capable enough for fulfilling the role of responsibility.

First of all, I believe that chief executives are more experienced and qualified to run the business smoothly. At the same time, workers are not qualified enough to meet the requirements. While pursuing business interests will always bring pleasure and a feeling of satisfaction to the administration. For instance, as per the survey conducted by the London university in the year 2019, 80% of private sectors are run by high profile people who have good knowledge to run the firm. Hence, the success of the business is in the hands of executives. Therefore, it is clear that CEO’s truly deserve the high payment for their duty.

Secondly, company leaders are well experienced by which they carry the whole burden of the industry on their shoulders. In other words, an experienced one can run the job more accurately by carrying all the responsibilities of the business. An analyst has the right to make mistakes, but it could lead to the bankruptcy of the business when it comes to the executives. Thus, executives are the pilot of the aeroplane where the controller is in the pilot’s hand.

In conclusion, I strongly believe that CEO’s are the brains of the business who deserve more remuneration than regular employees.
