Some people argue that Although studying a foreign language is the best in an English speaking country, It is not the only route to learn English. I completely agree with the above statement because a number of possible ways are available which helps them to learn English in any country.
Initiating with the best possible ways, the most significant approach is boosting the uses of network technologies such as Mobile phones. To elaborate, the cell phone is the best technique which everything is available in it. If people suffer from a lack of knowledge, then they can acquire a piece of information through searching on Youtube, which is the most popular app on smartphones. To cite an example, online classes are available on youtube, unacademy, etcetera from foreign countries, which support them to learn English. Hence, the use of cell phones is one of the possible routes which proves very beneficial in studying the English language without going abroad.
