The given 2019 data table illustrates the number of internet users in a handful of top countries. These countries are listed on the basis of a total number of internet users (given in percentage) with respect to the population.
Overall, China leads the table with 52.2% internet users while Mexico trails behind off all with that of 45.1%
On the one hand, in the leading country China, just more than a half of the population are internet users while on the other hand India and the U.S place back to back respectively, though Indian internet users are less than that of China and the U.S, as well as internet users in the U.S, are almost double of Indian internet users.
As the list proceeds downwards, it ultimately affects the position of countries, as Brazil, Japan, Russia, Nigeria hold the positions from 4 to 7 respectively. Firstly in this group of countries, Japan and Russia had the highest internet users, 91% and 71% respectively and secondly, in the other two countries Brazil and Nigeria, about 1.3 billion (66%) and 8.6 million (46%) users respectively use the internet out of the total population.
Lastly, Germany, the U.K and Mexico trail due to total population though internet users are almost equal to the total population, out of which 88%, 92.6% and 45.1 % use the internet respectively.
