I am writing this letter to inform you that I boarded a bus on the 12 September, Friday from Lake Louise to Toronto. I booked the journey from your taxi company’s website. The bus departed at 5:45 AM and reached the final destination at 9:00 AM.
During my ride back home, I realised that I had left a few documents in my seat. The documents are in a Transparent, Clear Bag. The documents are really important as it has my passport and my flight to Paris is scheduled the next week. It is very crucial for me as if I am unable to find the Documents, I will miss the presentation, and my absence in the meeting will make my company baffled.
I would solicit you if you could contact the bus driver and post me the documents through courier, I will pay for the cost, and if you can please look into this matter at the earliest, your cooperation will be highly appreciated.
