You Recently Visited a Theatre and Had an Accident There

You recently visited a theatre and had an accident there. The staff were very helpful. Write a letter to the manager giving good feedback. In your letter, you should tell:

– and describe the accident
– how the staff help you
– how similar situations could be prevented in the future.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing this epistle to an owner of a theatre to express my gratitude towards your staff members; how humble and kind they were during an accident when I got injured on my leg and gave rapid assistance at the time of misfortune that happened to me in a hall.

Let me inform you that a few days ago, my friends and I went to the pavilion mall. On that day, due to some strikes on the road, there was a lot of congestion, and also road mishaps were also there at that time. We were in a hurry because our movie got started and we were late and then when I parked my car then we went to move ahead in the main hall where a movie was scheduled. When I entered the main hall, I tripped from the stairs and fell aside and moreover, I sprained my ankle because there was dark inside. I lost my footing and tumbled down the stairs. Apart from it, some of the stairs were smashed and cracked as well.

Suffice to say that the staff members were quite humble and even they immediately called an ambulance because I got some injuries on my leg. In addition to it, I would like to thank the entire team who really looked after and provided sufficient support at that time, like instantly they arranged a wheelchair and assisted me in several directions. But one more thing I would like to say is that those upstairs should be repaired in order to prevent those incidents again in the forthcoming future. Once again, I really thank you to those who really did prestigious hard work, and they did not feel uneasiness while handling.

I solitaire your cooperation

Yours faithfully,
