I remember before coming to Canada, I told my best friend Divya that I am moving to Canada soon. When I was getting ready to move to Canada, my parents told me not to share with anybody until everything got fixed. When I started my process and when I have to go outside for exams and tuition, I was lying to her that I am going out with my mom, But I was known that if I do not tell her this secret, it will break her heart when she is got to know in the end.
So, one day when we were coming back from our classes, I told her about this secret. And she felt so sad that she would be alone soon. I saw water in her eyes. She went so emotional I also hugged her, but I did not have any other options. But she understands my situation very well then, and she motivated me for my bright future. So, this was the case when I told the truth to my friends.
