Question 1:- Do you often write (or send) emails?
Answer – Well, almost every day, As it is the best medium to convey the message to higher authorities and keep the mails for future use.
Question 2:- What do you write about?
Answer – Well, usually, I write stuff related to my job, either sending an email related to my AutoCAD file or asking a question from a client.
Question 3:- Do you think emails are useful?
Answer – Well, to be honest, they are very, very helpful as it describes the scenario about the work progress. Moreover, you can record mail for future use.
Question 4:- What kinds of emails do you send and receive?
Answer – Emails which are related to the office or from the client-side, Like they are asking about the position of the beam, column or what is the status of the construction of the site.
Question 5:- Do you think it is a good thing that some companies send out letters/spam emails for the purpose of advertising?
Answer – Well, it totally depends on the perspective of the advertisement, how bad or good it is. For example, if someone wants to go abroad and he finds a letter in which all the specifications of courses are in that specific country, then it is useful for him.
Question 6:- How often do you write letters?
Answer – To be honest, I don’t think after passing my schooling I have ever written a letter, and I think in the future I will never be, rather than I will choose to opt for email or WhatsApp.

Answer – As I already mentioned about this, I would say I wrote an essay about globalization or the industrial revolution when I was in my 12 standards.
Question 8:- On what occasions do you write letters?
Answer – Well, I wrote a letter when I had to give an exam like IELTS for the preparation of an essay, with the help of this I could remember the words.
Question 9:- Do you like writing letters to your relatives and friends? (why/why not?)
Answer – No, not at all. Rather than writing a letter, I will surely opt for WhatsApp or messenger because of the reason it is quite convenient, and with a quick session of time, you send your voice to him.
Question 10:- Do you and your friend keep in touch by (handwritten) letter?
Answer – No, not at all, as we are living in the era of artificial intelligence where smartphones have so many many applications where we send our chat to them.
Question 11:- How do you keep in touch with your friends and relatives (by email, letter, by phone or by any other way)?
Answer – I usually prefer to choose a phone because it is easily handled and within a quick session of time you get the message as well as we could send the message to another one.
