You ordered equipment online. However, when you received it, it was damaged. Send a letter to the manager of the company.
In your letter, you should tell:
Giving the details about the equipment
Explain the damage
Suggest what you want the manager to do.
I am writing this letter regarding the Sony TV. Last week on 27th February my father’s I would like to supervise him to give LED TV on his birthday, So, I am more familiar with Noon from last year, but I had a horrible experience from receiving Damaged LED TV. I was ordered this TV on the 14th of February on Valentine’s Day when I received this Sony LED TV in perfect packing.
After Service Man came and installed a TV showing the black line on the TV screen, it shows clearly that TV was damaged during delivery time. I want to request you to replace under warranty card and same time I am expecting company will give the same model LED TV courier to home address as before I placed the order. I am attaching here a one-year replacement warranty card copy and tax invoice for proof of payment.
