Well, I belong to a nuclear family that consists of three members- my father, mother and myself. All my family members look after my achievements with great enthusiasm. Although I still remember when I was in high school, my parents promised me to pass high school with good grades. They will present me with a laptop because for my bachelor, I have to go to university.
Luckily by the grace of God, I achieve the god result in my high school. My parents fulfil their promise, and they purchase me electronic equipment known as an apple laptop along with the internal memories of 256 GB. At that moment, I was on cloud nine. Hence, I love to study along with my laptop and books in my personal room because of the heavy burden of my studies.
Unluckily, it was a weekend, and I was creating an assignment at midnight. And suddenly, because of the heavy burden of the books, I felt sleepy. Certainly when I woke up early in the morning. I saw that my laptop falls from the bed on the floor. There was a crack on the screen, keypad, and front camera as well.
Apparently, that was the panic situation of my life, and I dismiss that problem with my family members straight away, and they were very much disappointed with me. However, they still suggested that the laptop is under one year guarantee and you should call the customer care service centre, and they might help you. Gradually I rang them, and they mentioned to me the screen is not under warranty and you have to pay for it. But they will definitely repair the keypad and front camera.
On the following day, I probably courier the broken equipment, and I also send the amount of money for the screen. They promised to return the laptop to me back within three weeks. Lovingly after 3 weeks, I received my laptop back to me in good condition.
I was very much flattered, and my life became more stable in academics and some other leisure time and facilities as well, more likely social networking.
Last but not least, that was when my equipment was broken, and I got repaired or fixed.
