What you suggest they do

 Dear Sir or Madam,

I, Dhwanil Dave, am currently pursuing my master’s degree from the University of Brampton and residing inside the college campus. The purpose of writing this letter is to draw your attention to some critical issues I am facing with my roommate currently. I hope you will be considerate and help in the best possible way.

Let me give you details so that you get a fair bit of understanding about the situation. I am staying inside the university so that I can save a lot of time which can be utilized for studying; however, the trouble started a month ago when my current roommate was allocated to my shared room. Basically, he plays extremely loud music till late at night and I am not able to sleep properly for the last few days which is impacting my studies. Besides this, his friends visit him frequently and some of them even stay in our room for two days which is more depressing. Being a senior, I told him several times about these issues, but I have not seen any improvement.

As final exams are just around the corner, I request you if you could please allocate me a room on the third floor where all my classmates are residing. I would not mind paying some extra fees for this transition. Please inform me if you have any queries or concerns.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,
